A small change does not include building a new feature or substantially rebuilding a page.

Warranty
30 days after delivery to correct errors directly related to Flowen Web's work. After that, monthly maintenance or paid one-off work.
External costs
Domains are paid by the client or billed separately. Hosting may be included when Flowen manages the infrastructure; specialised or high-capacity infrastructure costs extra. Paid licences, plugins, APIs, email services, payments, external databases, AI and booking tools are not included by default. Any required external cost is disclosed before implementation.
